I’m very disappointed with the color results. I want a refund for the partial highlights performed 05-29-2026 given how much the mark was missed.

I had an appointment for the 19th. Of May , but it was cancelled, , I was calle Saturday. I was told I could come in Saturday and someone could take care of me at 3:45 That worked for me . I didn’t realize till I got there that a sweet young lady offered to stay late and do a wash , cut and style for me. Erica was so pleasant and did a great job on my hair . Please tell her how very grateful I am to her

I have been coming to see Stephanie C for years and love her! She is excellent at both color and cuts. I had been doing something very similar for years but recently decided to switch it up. With any other stylist I would have been nervous but I knew Stephanie could pull it off. Sure enough she nailed what I wanted on the first try. Highly recommend!
