Cancellation Policy
A client who fails to show up for their appointment will be charged the full-service price as a liquidated damages fee. If a client who did not show for their appointment reschedules and is seen for service within two weeks of the originally missed appointment, they will receive a 50% discount for the rescheduled service at the time of checkout. This discount does not negate the 100% missed appointment liquidated damages fee. Clients with three consecutive offenses of no-shows or same-day cancellations may be blocked from booking appointments for 180 days.
